Description: The Twin Homes project was developed as an experimental model for middle-class housing in Faisalabad, aiming to create a prototype for row housing that could be easily adapted with minor layout changes while maintaining essential spatial requirements, such as bedrooms and lounges. The project was designed in collaboration with local Chinese suppliers who provided low-cost construction techniques, ensuring affordability for the target demographic. The vision was to deliver high-quality aesthetics and functional spaces at a feasible cost. The facade, constructed from locally sourced brick, added a familiar and durable element to the design. As a concept home, the project was well-received by the local community, showcasing its potential as a scalable solution for middle-class housing.
