Description: Macpac Films required a comprehensive Master Planning exercise to outline a roadmap for future expansion, including road networks and amenities. The project involved extensive discussions with company leadership to align the design with their vision and aspirations, alongside detailed site surveys to address infrastructure challenges. The company’s “green” initiatives were integral, including plans to plant hundreds of trees and create large vegetable pads for free produce distribution to factory workers. A standout feature was the design of a public mosque outside the factory premises. This successful project continues to guide the company’s growth and development.
